Storing Your Cupcakes
Dazzle cupcakes are always best eaten on the day of purchase.
Cupcakes with custard or curd fillings or fruit based buttercreams should be eaten on the day of purchase or placed in the freezer.
All other cupcakes may be kept at room temperature in our cupcake boxes.
Do not refrigerate as this will dry them out.
Wrap the cupcake box in plastic wrap overnight.
Do not place in plastic containers. These tend to make the cupcakes sweat and they will not taste their best.
If you are buying them to serve several days later, you can freeze them on the day of purchase.
All of our cupcakes and cakes freeze very well except gluten-free.
Wrap the cupcake box in plastic wrap before placing in the freezer.
Take the cupcakes out of the freezer at least 3 hours before serving.
Put each cupcake in the microwave for 10 - 12 seconds. It will make them fluffy and moist!
